Jesse was clear, direct & realistic. He evaluated the situation, offered a plan , & then followed through exactly as promised. Throughout, he & the tech involved we’re welcoming & friendly, despite the corona virus situation. I was very pleased with the service I received.

Jesse and Ed were great. What was frustrating was the issue that the battery put into my 2015 Outback (on January 17, 2018) 24 days before I purchased the car (February 10, 2018), was not under warranty after it gave up the coast today. It was a Subaru battery with a 36 mo warranty. As I stated, it’s the principal not the less than a third (prorated) credit. So I’ve since called Subaru and received a Goodwill $150 credit towards my next service visit. So I’m certainly satisfied yet I believe Subaru’s policy is wrong. I bought the car with the new battery in it.

I dropped off the car in the afternoon on the before the day it was scheduled for service. A few hours later, I received a call that the car was done. Very happy!
Billed incorrectly for tire rotation. Spoke with Ginny on Saturday. Still have not received credit,
Mark was patient in helping me understand the situation with my car. He was also accommodating of my concerns to take extra precautions with pickup by allowing me to pick up my car from the lot rather than having to come into the building. It was a good “social distancing” option to keep your staff safer, myself, and everyone during this higher risk time.
