I was not completely satisfied with the total service experience today. First - I called yesterday and informed service that I had a windshield crack. I was told that the third party windshield vendor would be notified and my car would be **** all day. I was to get a loaner car. None of that happened. I left with the direction to contact my insurance company and was given the vendor phone number. Second - I needed some guidance on the navigation system. I was told I needed to come back when “chad” ( i think) was around. I don’t live close to the dealer and it is difficult for me to get to Fred ****.
