The only thing I would suggest at this time with Covid is that all employees go around the waiting room area and not walk through it. The men for the most part did walk around but not the women. There is no way to sit in the chairs where one is further away than a couple feet while people are walking right past. Otherwise, I was very happy with the experience with Jesse and the service that was done.

The ONLY disappointing part of this experience was the fact that there appeared to be communication disconnect between the pre-appt phonecall and the "pay for the service" face-to-face ending. Thought I was having 3 items done: oil change (Check). Tire rotation (Check). Safety recall (Sorry-no parts for that). Had I known that in the INITIAL phonecall, I would have waited until I could do all 3 before driving 1 hr to Fred Beans.
