Excellent personal attention to my repair
Was offered a service last time vehicle was in. Brought vehicle back 3 months later and was denied service. Complete waste of time.

I find your service people at the Subaru service department very pleasant and to deal with. Mark Rio has always made me feel that I am a respected and valued customer. I feel comfortable having my car serviced because he lets me know what they feel needs to be addressed and when it needs to be addressed. I make the decision to move forward with the repairs based on the information I have been given. The car is usually serviced in a timely manner and they keep me informed as to when it is being worked on.I also appreciate your courtesy transport. All of the drivers have been friendly and courteous. ????

Synthetic oil was used and did not need to be used. Cost was very expensive and I can’t afford to pay that much for an oil change. Can you refund me ten extra cost for the oil? No one asked my permission to use synthetic oil.
