Rental car people were less than courteous. My seatbelt buckle broke...I need to pay 12.99/day for insurance and am not allowed to put my dog in the car? I take him to work with everyday. Free first oil change, why did it cost 26.49?

No sure if a/c is working the way it should could it doesn’t get really cold just cool. Maybe I have high expectations but other cars and trucks that I have been in have been much cooler then mine
