The work i requested was not performed. The service manager was unaware it was not complete when i picked up my jeep. he had left when i came back in to complain it was not done and there has been on follow-up in three days to my complaint.

it wasn't a good beginning to the appointment even though I had a confirmed email and text message for my appointment when I got there my name is not on the appointment list. And picking up my truck was not informed of the fan was not fixed so I headed to the dealer to find out why and that's what the service manager and he went out of his way to make sure and my truck will be fixed I appreciate that a lot
Was told it would be 90-120 mins. Was almost 4 hours. I chose to wait based on the earlier time commited.

The whole process was a nightmare from the beginning over a month ago to now getting it back and the quality of work was horrible. Obviously no one even looked at the truck before I came to pick it up. Will never come back to this dealership again

The initial service was great. Rita at reception is very personable and willing to assist. However after completion of the work, less then 24 hours later the vehicle was disabled involving the same work that was performed.

I DIDN'T HAVE AN APPOINTMENT FOR MY OIL CHANGE AND THE SERVICE ADVISOR WAS ABLE TO TAKE MY CAR IN WITH NO PROBLEM. ALSO YOUR GREAT MECH WAS ABLE TO REPAIR A RECALL ON THE PASSENGER SIDE AIR BAG
