First time using the service and it was a great experience.
I bought my 2017 explorer a few weeks ago and asked about reprogramming the key pad today. I was told that I have to pay $50 for your dealership to figure out the code. The last time I bought a ford, I was given the code when I bought the vehicle. I’m not sure why I’m paying for a service that only involves booking up a machine and reading a code. The code should be included in the purchase of the vehicle. I was also told that it was going to take an hour. I don’t have time to come and sit for an hour just for a code to be read. Also, I brought my car in this morning for a 10am appt and at 10:30 it still was not moved from the parking spot. It wasn’t until I asked, that it was taken back. All that was needed was a cup holder snapped in the back and 2 battery keys, which weren’t even put in the keys. They were just given to me bc “they weren’t sure which key needed a battery.”

I greatly appreciated several things: prompt intake processing; quick turnaround on the service; text notification that my car was finished and payment could be done; and the fact that they called me because I accidentally forgot my drink at the payment desk! And before my visit, I was able to get an appointment very easily and they gave me options to choose from.
At 60K+ miles I expected to be told I needed this and that, for $$$. but other than fresh oil and filter was all that done.

Christophe was excellent and very communicative. 2 check engine lights since May 20th after purchase in Early March is not exactly positive.

Many of the employees were either not wearing a mask at all or haphazardly putting it on when they noticed me sitting in the waiting area. It made for an a anxious wait. The car service itself was fine and completed in a timely manner.
