I have gone to Garnett Ford in the past and I am never impressed with the service team there. You walk in and know one greats you or asks if f they can even help you. Many of the counter guys just put their heads down and act busy. This is my 3rd Ford edge (company car) and I decided to try out Fred Beans. Jay went over and beyond to answer my questions as well as sourcing the damaged mirror and letting me know when the part came in. He called me when I was out of town to set up a time for me to come. Jay is Fantastic!!
All around awesome! Came in early because I had a nail in my tire- no appointment- took me right away - had coffee, watched t.v and chilled out! I was very pleased!

I will give, after sitting in the waiting room for a little over two hours, is that the experience would be better if the employees had their own coffee machine to use in their part of the building. Oftentimes when people are sitting in a waiting room, they want to read or look at their phone to pass the time, and employees were coming up to use the coffee machine and they would strike up conversations with each other or talk loudly to the receptionist. I appreciate good rapport in a business, but it’s distracting. One employee actually belched loudly when walking up to talk to the receptionist and it was disgusting and unprofessional.

My problem was with the emissions system. I’m unsure whether it was fixed as the internal test has yet to be executed. I’ll let you know if the dashboard light comes on again

After showing up on Friday without an appointment around 4 pm with a nail in my front tire.Your courteous and professional staff not only fixed the tire but we’re able to also perform a state inspection (sticker was past due) and also changed the oil in my 2019 Lincoln MKC all before 5 pm. Thanks for the great service!
The service itself was as expected, (cost) as it was only an oil change. Jack the GM made the experience more welcoming by introducing himself and having a few minutes of conversation. The WiFi there makes it hard to actually "work" from the lounge and audio on all of my VOIP calls was choppy and hard to hear/understand on several calls. Seemed like it perhaps took longer than it should have for an oil change with an appointment? And towards the end, when I was told ten more minutes until it was complete, that ten quickly became thirty.
Although I am very disappointed that my Ford Transmission failed within a couple hundred miles, Christophe did an outstanding job with responsiveness in communications and time to resolution.
I like having Jay for my sevice contact person. He listens to me & trys to help me get the maintenance I need at a price I can afford.
The employees at Fred **** do a fantastic job!
