I brought my truck in for a front differential leak and I was told the pinion seal is leaking and would be covered under warranty. I said sure go ahead and do it. They recommend I do a front differential service as well. I got the price and I said okay sure it needs to be done. Now before I brought the truck in I noticed the differential had oil leaking because I was doing an oil change and checked the undercarriage. I took pictures of the leaking area before bringing it in. After all the services were completed I asked the service advisor if when the differential was being serviced did the technician removed the diff cover and clean the gears and then install a new seal and new fluid? He replied yes. When I get home I checked under the vehicle and the cover was never taken off! The old seal is still there! How can I trust you guys did any work to my truck? I shouldn’t have to double check after you guys tell me it done. I want to trust you guys. I am bringing it back in tomorrow April 10th 2020 at 8am to have this resolved once and for all the proper way. Not happy.

Jay the service manager and the technician who performed my service were both incredibly professional, efficient, and accommodating. They really went above and beyond, and exceeded my expectations. Chris A. was very helpful and proactive in helping me set up my appointment such that I could be in and out as quickly as possible. This was the first time I had a service performed at Fred ****’s, and I was really, really impressed. It makes me very happy that I purchased my truck from you.

Jay I am currently leasing my 2017 ford explore, I am debating weather I want to keep it or leasing a newer model explore. I am very satisfied with the color white and the black interior and I would go with the same if I was to lease a newer model . As you can see I take good care of the vehicle I have, and it has a little over 18000 miles on it and it’s do back at the end of the year. If you can help me in that decision I would appreciate your help, I am looking for my best option as to refinance the vehicle I have or go for the new release. Once again thanks for the great service.

The service for what I needed was excellent. I really didn't like that Jay recommended over $600 of additional work, when I just needed and asked for an oil change. If I wanted to know what else the car needed, I would have asked for that.
