Called twice to find out how we could get $115 worth of parts that I don't need restocked. Got zero calls back about this. The parts were put in my vehicle when I picked it up, which I did not want. The whole experience was a disappointment. After being a loyal Fred Beans Ford customer since 2018, I am done. Plan on taking my business to John Kennedy Ford in Conshi.

Very typical Fred Beans of West Chester experience. The work took longer than expected, the communication was poor, I had to continually chase answers and the payment clerk was rude. Jay at least made an effort to get my issues resolved. Whole experience is below par for a leading brand.
