Even more disappointed now that after you worked on my car the air conditioning went from ice cold to blowing hot air. Never going back if I can help it

Was the worst experience I have ever had at a dealership. The service tech was ignorant and unprofessional. Would love to speak to someone to explain what happen so that hopefully no one ever has to go through what I did.
FYI: After the service was complete, I received a phone call asking me to return because they THOUGHT they forgot something.
Feel completely ripped off. Never again. I have bought 3 vehicles from this dealership but never again
I am happy that they were able to find the part so that my 1998 frontier could pass inspection.

When scheduling my appointment I noted in the text box “Air bag light”. The item was never addressed. I received a message regarding my battery and negative cable, but the technician did not note the “air bag light”
I scheduled a same-day oil change online with no issues, and drove all the way to Doylestown from Philadelphia to come to the same place I bought my car. When I arrived, the nice man at the counter told me there wasn’t a record of my appointment and the “system shouldn’t have let me make a same day appointment”. They fit me in, but if they would’ve have been able to, I’d have driven an hour for nothing. The workers were great, but your scheduling tool doesn’t work properly.

Had an appointment and still waiting 2 hours for an inspection. The link I was sent to track the process never updated, and the bill was wrong as we were over charged and the bill had to be redone 3 times. Lastly I should have an exempt emissions stick on my vehicle and I do not so I am EXTREMELY disappointed with the first service of my new vehicle at your dealership.
When recommending additional service that was not accepted, it should be listed on the bill so the owner is aware And can possibly plan to get performed additional service at the next visit.
