Though I was disappointed in fords unwillingness to provide a service that they should be responsible for as a company, Jon and the Fred Beans dealership did their best to help me out and I appreciate that.
Cory was awesome in service and clear in explanation.
Cory was so courteous and very helpful when he himself fixated my seatbelts in my backseat.
It wasn't completely explained to me about the brake pedal that you put your foot on and the brakes pad needed to stop your vehicle when you press the brakes. I was advised that I needed it to pass inspection but wasnt advised the cost plus labor to put something on that wount even have taken 1 minutes but I was charged 25.00 in labor! I also dont feel that my vehicle was taken for an on the road test ride after the service was complete, based on the mileage compared ot when I dropped it off.
I always receive the best service from Fred Beans. Corey was very knowledgeable about things I was concerned with.

I am very pleased with the service I receive from Cory! He always provides excellent customer service and I always feel that he is looking out for me! In fact I am very pleased with all of the service I have received from all of Fred Beans staff! I’ve always received excellent service from everyone! I’ve tried going elsewhere for maintenance on my car but I always end up back with Cory.. I think I’ve learned my lesson.. there’s no one better than Fred **** Ford!!

Scott Voyzey was amazing!! I was out of town when my car needed serviced and he made sure that he had an appointment available. Scott also talked to my husband in Virginia on the phone so he would know what was going on (and so he would get the correct information) He was also able to get the part in that was needed for my vehichle and my car was fixed a day earlier than expected. I now feel that I am able to drive my vehicle back to Virginia safely. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!
The only reason I am not satisfied is because when I bought the vehicle the message came up that the washer fluid was low, they said they would take care of that before I picked it up. They didn’t. Then when I dropped it off for this work I told them the message is still showing up and they said they would take care of it. They didn’t again.
