I had to return my car as I pulled my door handle and it came off in my hands. My husband found the lock on the floor of the garage. Not great! I have returned my car at the night drop and have left a voicemail with the service manager.
Scott was very polite and personable with me. I really appreciate his considerate demeanor.
I requested a car wash. The rear window was filthy. I’m not sure why the car wasn’t washed. I requested it when I set up the appointment and also left a written note on the passenger front seat.
Everything else was satisfactory.

I appreciate that Jon was able to squeeze my repair in (flat tire) so I could drive 35 miles home that evening on a full-size tire and not the temporary spare.

Calvin and the Service crew did a great job. All the staff was amazingly nice and I was extremely impressed with the waiting area and the way I had updates via text.

Somewhat concerned about getting door dings if I have to drop off maybe overnight. I know you are tight for space and just sharing a concern as I really hate door dings. First Ford ever in my 66 years. Keep impressing me please.

How in God's great name can I be satisfied? I was told to come get my car LAST Wednesday, that they were NOT going to work on it. Then I receive these texts today. I am not amused! I will NEVER be back, unless Mr.**** would like to talk about this.
Complimentary car wash was not completed when I arrived to retrieve my vehicle.
I wasn't happy with the attitide when I declined having suggested extra services done.
