Excellent experience! First time customer scheduling recall work on our truck and from the first phone call staff was very friendly and eager to help. Jon noticed truck was due for inspection and had all the work done the same day and the complementary car wash was such a nice surprise!!

I am very satisfied with the service. Cory was very friendly, he welcomed me. The representative from the first station, the Gold one helped me checking out, I did not realize my suv was ready outside, until I stand up and saw it. I waited longer because of that, but the rep ( I dont remember his name ) helped me right away. Everybody was very friendly, great service

He quoted me the repair charge then told me at completion that the charges were $200 more. When I balked about the difference he took a look at the bill and said that there was an error made and that the repair should cost about $75 more than the quote. Again I raised an objection so he further reduced the bill to about the original quote. So how am I supposed to feel? While thankful that the amount was reduced I feel that your dealership charges customers whatever they feel they can get. The bottom line line for me is how do I trust your company for repairs knowing that you may rip me off. I mean all businesses deserve to make a profit but come on man.

The only thing I really don't like is "surprise" charges and hidden fees that you guys tack on that were not advertised or disclosed up front. I prefer to know exactly what I'm going to be charged for a service before I bring my car in.
