The car was not washed and the tires were not properly inflated. Other tan that the service advisor was fine.
The salesman who took care of me was not John Borz it was Mike Holinko and he was terrific.
This was a great experience. Easy to schedule. Greeted warmly by everyone. Offered a ride (but didn't need one). The service was done on time and the text made it easy to know when to pick up. I would recommend you all to my friends.

People are not willing to help, they literally will find excuses to prevent them from acting, and if they it would with half of a smile in your face, and sighing and rolling their eyes as they turn around. The only honest smile and great attitude I saw there was when they were trying to sell me some repairs and when I was walking out. Horrible!
I always feel confident going to your dealership with keeping my auto in good shape. I'm a widow & it's very difficult trusting some people, but I feel your dealership is trustworthy & not trying to take advantage of me...I truly appreciate it.

I bought the car a year ago. I was supposed to get a $50 visa GC.
I told the salesperson multiple times to zero avail. We pre-purchased the scheduled maintenance program. I brought the car in and was told we hadn’t. My husband emailed Colin multiple times and ultimately was told yes we had indeed ore purchased the maintenance plan. Today my husband took the car in again to receive additional guff. (BTW still no gift card well over a year after leasing this). Ultimately they recognized we had indeed prepurchased the maintenance plan!!!
Still no Gift Card.
BTW only two days ago a friend asked me if Id recommend Fred Beans for the exact car. I told her the jury is out...
