Its very unfortunate because we are a Chevy family. I'd love to purchase my next vehicles in Vacaville, the town we live in but I have serious concerns with Mazzei's service department and specifically, their staff. I never had such problems with Shellworth, which makes me question if the issues are a direct reflection of the ownership. Unfortunately, every time I've used Mazzei, we have experienced incredible disappointment. I will say however, Mazzei does have one positive light within, and that would be Glen Ehredt. I get the feeling that he is a genuinely good individual who actually cares about customer service. Unfortunately, there is only so much one person can do in, what appears to be an overwhelmed environment. Vacaville already doesn't have a Ford dealership, now since the 'Mazzei' sign went up, Vacaville doesn't have a quality Chevrolet dealership either!!
