Unorganized. I bought my truck when it was Shellworth Chevrolet and I wouldn’t say anything bad about them, very good experience. This experience was horrible. Considering elsewhere if any maintenance needs to be done to my truck in the future.

Upon arrival for an appointment to service my Dodge Grand Caravan for an oil change, the service assistant questioned if I was at the correct location. He implied I should be receiving service at a Dodge dealership, perhaps I will take my business there in the future. The service assistant then informed me the service would take at least 1 1/2 hours because he did not have an oil filter for my vehicle. He also mentioned he would be taking his lunch break soon. I replied my three young children and myself would be waiting for the service to be completed and would appreciate if the service was completed as soon as possible. After about 40 minutes, I saw my vehicle pulled out of the service garage and parked in the parking lot. It reminded parked, as my children and I waited for an additional 40 minutes when the sevice assistant apparently returnsmall children. It was also apparently necessary ro lue ro me about an absent oil filter to ensure I waited until the end of my service assistants lunch break.ed from lunch. To whom it may concern, Don’t really know where to start. I’ve been bringing my vehicles here for many years. It all started with my 1990 GMC stepside pick up which I still own. Motor is original and never touched. After buying a new truck in 2003. 2500 Silverado 4x4..After problems with GMC Dealership I immediately payed this Chevy dealership (Shellworth), a visit and have brought my business here ever since. It wasn’t just the workmanship.Glen is the main reason I continue to keep coming here. Even before retiring after 30 yrs. from Solano County Fleet I always dealt with Glen on the County vehicle’s. Roger at the time was my number 2 guy. Things always turned out good with Glen and always communicated with me. I can’t say enough good about my experiences especially with Glen. MIKE

Felt a rental should have been provided or waived the $100 copay/deductible Nick was very helpful in keeping me informed about the progress. Two weeks was an excessive time to be without a car.
