I brought in my 2019 RAV Limited on sat and reason for my visit was the maintenance reminder keeps popping up. Which advisor said it needs service it has 9000 miles approximately so it required tire rotation and top off fluids reason for service. Which I approve to have it services. We also have purchased extended Warrenty on top of its normal Warrenty and paid for the maintenance package as well. I made it really clear that There is something wrong with the service reminder cause it won’t go away even when you hit don’t remind again the Advisor said it will get taken care of. After waiting I turned the RAV off and turned it back on the same issue is still there, no there should be a process in Place or a check off list making sure that all codes and reminders are taken care off. The Service Lead Jose, said just come back another day you want so I said the next day he said No, I said well when can I bring it can we set up a appointment he said just bring it back another day. No solution no type of great customer service I asked to speak to a manager above him which I spoke to Johnny Market he apologize for his team failing 2 processes and will take care of it on Mon or tuesday since we live in San Diego and the vechicle is under my name and my Dad it stays with my parents. They have health issues so I’m the one that take the vehicle serviced when needed. I’ve been trying to call Johnny but goes to voice mail ****-****-xxxx so I can set it a appointment for tuesday Feb 22 in the morning. Also Johnny mentioned that students are the ones working on the vechicles

Jimmy told me my car would be ready after 2 hours and I would be notified via text once finished. 3 hours passed by and I still did not receive a text. I called the Toyota service center and was told my car was in fact ready. Poor communication and no customer service

The base of my drivers seat is broken apart. That is a factory defect I was told it would cost over $2,500.00 dollars to repair.. That's not acceptable.

After picking up my car the glove compartment was open. I called to inform my service agent and she stated that they didn’t even touch it. Of course they touched it because they cleaned the cabin filter. I took my Highlander back and they fixed the problem. I need the service people to please check the car before returning it. I wasted time driving back and forth…

Bad service! When I drove off the dealer after the service a few block down I notice that the hood was open when I pulled over I notice that they didn’t do anything to my truck they didn’t do the service! Now I don’t trust this dealer for services I don’t think they ever even did a service at all! Worst experience!
