I've worked with multiple car advisors over the years. Unfortunately, today was not one of the best experiences I've had. Most of the car advisors thar I have interacted with will always come out to speak with me in person and provide their undivided attention to my concerns. Today was not the case, which is unfortunate because I have always held Toyota as a one of a kind dealer. Today was different, meaning that customer service was not the best. I hope the advisor has a better day next time with customers.
I had an appointment for 10:30. It took 3 hours for the service. That part was too long.
Bryan’s customer service was great! Unfortunately it was very dusty inside the car all over the interior, it was a malfunction of a window but covering it up could’ve been better because of the extra waiting for parts. Other than that completely satisfied, thanks team
I’m totally not satisfied with the job I want to be done. It’s very obvious about your diagnostic test shows at first 2 of sensors is to be replaced and I agreed on it but Jimmy cam back to me that there’s another 2 of the sensors to be done also the gas tank is to be drained because the inside is something like tainted. Now, how come this problem don’t show at first on the diagnostic test . I went there Wednesday and stay over 4 hours and came back Friday staying again for 5 hours but my engine still on. I hope the management will have an action to my simple problem. I’m not totally satisfied. My history is that I bought my 3 cars at Carson Toyota. I want a pleasant reply on this matter.. Thanks..

I REQUESTED MY CAR TO BE WASH AND IT WASN'T DONE. I ALSO REQUESTED TO CHECK THE SHARK FIN ANTENNA BECAUSE IT IS KIND OF LOOSE I DIDN'T SEE ANYTHING TO BE DONE.BRYAN DID HIS PART. NOT A PROBLEM WITH HIM.
The car starting to make noise on the brakes I took it back I sad told that they didn't here anything and the car has a recall and icall why nothing was done abt the recall which is a dangerous recall is abt safety I hope nothing happens to me by not taking care of this recall it says its a risk of causing a crashand the dealer says there nothing they can do pls I need someone of toyota Corp so something thx
