I've worked with Jaime for several years & he has always treated me well. He doesn't try to oversell anything & is straightforward as am I regarding the care of my truck. Both he & Alex have provided good service since I met them about a decade ago at Manhattan Beach Toyota. As a first responder, I know what it can be like in dealing with the public at times & Jaime takes the time to cover both work performed as well as potential future maintenance. Carson Toyota is fortunate to have a quality service advisor at their location & I will be making the effort to travel a little farther to work with him.
