I am usually very satisfied with the service. Everyone was very nice but I spent almost 3 hours waiting for my tire to get fixed. I had another appointment to go to and didn’t expect to wait that long. Alexander Campos was supposed to tell me when my car was ready but he went into a meeting. And only came out when I went to his office. I understand that everyone is busy and needs training but I felt like my time was disregarded and not important. I was late to my appointment and it threw off my whole day. Please just be a little more respectful of the customers time as well.

Satisfied with your service but your prices are so high that unfortunately, customers like me that live in a fixed budget or are retired, can’t afford you.

From beginning to end Adriana and the receiving crew were professional, quick, and thorough on what was needed, cost, & time frame of the service. Even when I was told it would take longer because of a part the mechanic broke and that it would be replaced at no charge. Most time, places will try to cover it up, not mention it, or worse blame the customer. This was a great experience.
This was my first time talking to Tracy. I found her to be very easy to talk to, very knowledgeable, and very personable. She kept me informed on everything that was happening during the service, and also showed me how to keep track in real time.
