Vicente did an excellent job communicating any recommended future car services needed to be done on my Lexus. Vicente was very friendly and did an excellent job on using his peers to see what was the option for me on the day of my servicing.

I went in to have my side mirror sensors checked. They are not working. I was told a button was pushed off and the problem corrected. It was not corrected or addressed.

The debgguging process from the mechanic was not ideal and almost seemed he did not want to deal with the issue. After the ignition switch was swapped out, the issue was not resolved and I had to take more time out of my days and away from my team to deal with car issues. My expect the best quality from Toyota and it is the reason why I bought toyota. Hope i don't regret that decision.
I don’t have stock tires, so when I ask for a specific PSI before service, I expect that I will receive my vehicle with an appropriate PSI in the tires. However, this was not the first time I have received my truck after service with my tires looking like I was aired down for off road driving. On the way home, I’m skirting around corners, my vehicle is sluggish and unresponsive, and the body of my truck was rubbing on the tires at the slightest dip, which does not happen when tires are inflated appropriately. This is a safety concern to me and a waste of my time when I get home and have to inflate the tires on my own. Additionally, as someone who does drive off road, I’d like my sidewall to provide adequate traction on dirt, and not have the side tread to be worn down unnecessarily by asphalt.
Aside from the above, the rest of service was fine and my service manager was very nice, helpful, and I’m not sure the PSI issue necessarily reflects on him or the crew working on my vehicle. Not trying to throw anyone under the bus, just frustrated by this reoccurring issue.
