I was satisfied with the costumer service especially with patty taking care of my truck..my only complain is i did not get any loaner car which i guess i suppose to get one.I ended up renting a car to my own expense with no refund or whatsoever..

Adriana is very knowledgeable re: my account & what is needed. She is always pleasant & when I can’t afford everything needed she will advise on the best strategy! If she is off when I call, I actually wait for her instead of going with someone else. She is absolutely wonderful to work with. Twice my disability had me moving very slowly but she never made me feel rushed or unimportant. Thank you Adriana for being patient & considerate with me! God bless you!
