Upon checking in my Corolla today, The lady I checked in with told me that I would be receiving a car wash due to the fact that it was my first service. I reminded the man who helped me and he then said “I will make sure that is taken care of” ... once my car was returned to me my car was not washed as promised. I then expressed a concern and I was told that it was not able to be completed today unless I wanted to double my wait time. I love Carson Toyota, my family has purchased 3 cars within a 5 month time span and I believe that I should have gotten better service. I understand that it gets busy because I am a business manager myself but customer service should not be placed second. Besides that every other person who assisted me was kind and respectful. Thank you for listening.

I did have an appointment and I was next in-line to be helped but instead the service advisor walked pass me and helped the guy who was behind me. I believe first come first serve even if he had an appointment. I felt it was unfair. Otherwise, everything else was like the timing and the service advisor (Adriana) was great
