Had a great expereince at the Service Bay this past week. Everything was explained up front, including wait time and cost. Jonathan Perez was very helpful, courteous,and explained an addtional service the care requires I was unaware of. I will back at Carson Toyota within 2 weeks thanks to him.

The item to repair a third row seat left side is so expensive this on top of a $250 dollars just to check what’s wrong with the unit. Paying $250 dollars for nothing is not fair service.
