Arturo was friendly upon arrival and throughout my visit. He went above and beyond to make sure my visit was pleasant by keeping me informed every step of the way. He grabbed my charger from the car so I could charge my phone and keep in touch. He also applied coupons to my bill to make sure I was being charged fairly. I enjoyed my visit and look forward to working with Arturo again.

Money is missing from inside the arm rest in my car. No one at Toyota was given permission to remove anything and especially not money from inside my vehicle. I need a manager to contact regarding this matter right away. The money was there before it was serviced by Toyota and now it’s missing. Unbelievable.

I very disappointed to your service , I will never bring my truck anymore at carson toyota for service maintenance And i also bring this issue to my office, not to go at carson toyota for any vehicle under ATka enterprises company for service. Im so disappointed today i bring my truck for maintenance check to make sure my truck is safe to drive where ever i bring . i drive 150 miles every day , today I driving from thousand oak down hills and i noticed my break fluid light on warning And i just do my maintenance check at toyota carson 2 hours ago, ( it should told to me that i need to refill my break fluid so that i will buy). When i bring my truck Engine smooth running no friction noisy , now engine to noisy and head cylinder i heard cracker arm friction , what kind of oil is that.. its better i bring back to gardena toyota for change oil again and not carson toyota .. i don’t know what kind of mechanic you have..
