I came back to Carson Toyota specifically to work with Jonathan Perez. I came a week earlier and the person was nice but couldn't help me at all. I left and rescheduled my appointment on a day I knew Jonathan would be there. As soon as I arrived, he remembered me and helped get everything in order. I appreciated his help very much. I'll be back to work with him in the future. Everyone in the area is great but I DO think he is an asset to the Service Dept. I am sure others have recognized his welcoming abilites and gracious speed.
