Satisfied with the recent service experience with Mr Jones except for the shuttle driver named Christopher , instead of dropping us first in Carson mall which is only 5 mins away from Toyota Carson so my baby and I could eat lunch while they’re still fixing my car He kept insisting to go to Redondo beach Gardena to pick up other Client ( and it’s very obvious that He is just pretending that it’s just a miscommunication between him and the customer service ) .

Unfortunately, the “illuminated entry” still doesn’t work, even after service people disconnected the theft prevention device. I will have to take it to Longo Toyota where I bought it.
