First off I dropped off my vehicle at 7am with the service advisor. And we both discussed what services I needed. Which was a recall by manufacturer, my maintenance requirements and a complimentary car wash by Toyota. Around 930 am I got a update text message stating my vehicle was ready. Upon arrival I go to see the cashier to sign nessacery documents to release my truck. Upon retrieving my vehicle I noticed my car wasn't washed and also noticed they didn't do the required repairs on the maintenance of the vehicle. The only thing that was completed was the manufacturers recall.I was very disappointed that vehicle was in complete and not ready to go. It was a complete waste of time on the part of the service advisor on not executing his work order.

Bryan Cruz was professional and explained everything clearly. What I was dissatisfied with was how the dealership handled the repair process. I dropped off my car at 7am on Thursday morning to diagnose the problems in the car and was promised by Bryan that I would receive the car by the end of the day. He mentioned that a few parts needed for the repair had to be ordered so he placed an order. He called me around 12pm stating that the dealership somehow misplaced one of the ordered parts and that the mechanics would not be able finish the repairs that day. I had to take some time off of work again and pick up my car by the END of the following day. This was probably no fault on Bryan’s end, but the dealership misplacing an order isn’t a good excuse.
