Thank you for correcting the problem with a bad oil drain plug. I would just suggest to please do a better job checking this next time. Apparently my car was leaking oil for a while since my last oil change, I just didn’t notice it because my pavement is very dark.

Every one did a great job
Turned out my service was done but the service writer decided to go to lunch and I ended sitting there for an hour and a half. Needless to say I was not happy but the manager did apologize and got my truck so all is good.
