I don’t understand how and/or why they don’t introduce themselves. I have always had to request their names. This is the simplest part of customer contact.
Also it should be a rule to ask the customer things like is there something else we can do ex.....car wash, air freshener, etc.
These are just some suggestions of customer service I haven’t seen here and wanted to suggest. Adriana was pleasant once I asked her her name and took a card. Not sure if she is new but I had another request and it totally slipped my mind and I wasn’t asked if I needed anything else. This is what’s call a missed opportunity for business.
