1) they told me my toyota highlander was worth 39000 to 40000 on Kelly blue book I just checked its worth 35,000. 2) the interest rate is 5% my Discover bank told me if I would have gone with them the interest rate would have been 2% 3) its the 2nd time I do business with toyota of Carson and both times I feel like I got lied and taken advantage and both time they have kept my license

Carlos from the service department was not friendly and acted irritated towards his customers. How is he the manager with that attitude towards customers? His customer service and management skills need to be re-evaluated
