I arrived to my appointment to have my truck serviced for a recall. I was suppose to be given a ride home according to Toyota but when I arrive I was told my truck would take all day or up to the next day to be ready. I was refused to be given a ride home. I missed out on work for that day and got nothing accomplished/ serviced. The next day I received a message saying Toyota completed service on my truck, which is a lie.
I was hoping my vehicle would at least be washed , very disappointed
