Jonathan was courteous and professional. He kept me updated and returned my calls promptly. I have been a customer at Carson Toyota for over 20 years. Mike Rumbaugh was my Advisor he was thorough, honest and professional. He has since retired. I was looking for and honest and professional Advisor. I believe I have found it in Jonathan Perez. I thought the wheel balance metal balancer from my wheels will be replaced with original toyota oem balancer metal but the generic one was use again. Did not expect that from a toyota dealer. I even mention it to the service advisor Bryan and he confirmed that it will be replaced with oem balancer.
