He was very polite and took care of all the questions I had. I actually think he was the best I’ve ever had. The other people have always been nice and helpful but sometimes too fake you can tell he’s genuine.
Everything was good on my car service
I was very surprised at the wait time. I've been coming here for years and never experienced this long of a wait for anything especially this simple. Usually when my car is getting maintenance service I wait a good 1 and a half hours or shorter. But to wait 2 and half hours for oil change. And other maintenance is very upsetting. How is it that I had an appointment and still waited this long? Communication is everything. But as I stated before I've never experienced this before ever. I was very disappointed and irritated.

Great communication about the service. Yet, service took very long to complete (4-5 hours). I wish it would not take so long. Or if it took that long, I'd wish a loaner vehicle or something might be offered during the wait.

Per the inspection on the work order cabin filter was to be cleaned, full of leaves when I inspected which means it wasn’t even removed. Wheels were scratched near the lug nuts and center caps, caps were not removed for rotation? Fluids were not topped off, and car was not washed. Is this your nascar like experience? Speed with no professionalism? Hopefully a csi would help improve your dealership. Best of luck

I took my car in for a STAR SMOG check yesterday, I made an appointment at 7am I arrived at 7:13. They took my car I left the dmv paperwork on the seat. At 10:12 I received a called that my car needed a STAR SMOG, which is not done there. I was never advised that that kind of test wasn’t done there. I immediately spoke to the SERVICE MANAGER who did not show any concern on my issue. I later called to speak to Richard Meza who explain the situation, which transferred me to the SERVICE MANAGER. Seems like I was just been passed around to avoid my complaint. Called back and spoke to Ron Meza told him did he not want to hear my complaint? This is the only way I see it possible to explain my frustration of this whole mishap. I have been a regular client of ur business for over 25 years. I am completely disappointed. I have never had this type of service at your dealership, it has always been positive.

Exceedingly helpful and courteous.
Advisor was not very friendly. Asked if there could be an accommodation since I got off at 5p and wouldn’t be there until 5:20p or so and she simply responded “Sorry, we close at 5p” and did nothing to reassure my car would still be available for pick up. I had to call the cashiers since I received no response from my advisor if anything could be done and they were much more friendly and accommodated me very quickly. Every time I come to Carson Toyota I have a bad experience, this is why I always choose to go to Torrance or Gardena. Very unhappy with the way this advisor provided service.
