I have been getting services at this particular location for many years and to have been told to pay $851 for an oil pan due to cross threading that Toyota has done is unsatisfactory. Why should I have to pay for something that has been done by another person due to the lack of supervision is very disappointing. It is such a shame that I must discontinue getting services done here.

Hexiquio Herrera is exactly the kind of customer service expert/representative I expect from a major corporation like Toyota dealership, he was friendly-polite-honest-listen to my questions-answered all my questions-gave me useful information-worked fast as possible to process my service request for my 2020 Corolla Hybrid, Hexiquio Herrera is one of the main reasons I will stay with Carson Toyota for anything my Corolla Hybrid needs.
One more thing I would like to add, Friendly customer service from all employees I had interaction with and my number one concern this days is enforcement of face covering . First thing I look for before entering and during my visit at any business establishment is face covering enforcement for customers and employees . I know a lot of customers are fighting being forced to wear face coverings in public so I realize Carson Toyota employees are put in a difficulty social position of enforcing Toyota dealership policies when customers are entering and while shopping in your dealership . I believe Carson Toyota dealership is doing everything humanly possible to keep all their car sales and vehicle service open for the local community and also keeping all their employees and their customers safe as possible thank you.

I was extremely unhappy with the service and would like to explain.
Took my car for it’s first service and my whole experience was great. My service advisor was super nice & provided with all the information I needed.
I was deeply upset because not only was I not greeted properly but lack of work effort was shown. Your people should have more respect when handling other people's cars I felt I was not shown that.
You have the wrong person please look in to whom you are dealing with I have sent you many of times that you are sending your emails to the wrong person and to please stop calling me and emailing me thank you
