I waited for 4 hours for my car when normally it takes about an hour to an hour and a half. Very disappointed in the service received today.

James provided me with an amazing and excellent customer service. He tried as much as possible to spped up the service becuase I let him know as soon as I got there I had to report to work in about an hour. He was even so quick and smart to discover the problem with my tire as soon as drove in. He is efficient, professional, friendly amd very helpful. He also sent me a message afterwards to telling to feel free to ask him any question just in case. Thank you very much James. You're absolutely fantastic!

James is a solid employee and I really appreciate his honesty. Only complaint is that my mileage on my paper was incorrect. Which caused me to turn around and return to have it corrected. James did it without a problem and sincerely apologize for his mistake.

My car went in with nothing wrong with it when they order the parts which took three days you kept my car when I got it back it started breaking down took it back still didn’t work right kept her for a day took them back again still didn’t work right in other words my car is not ! !! ! Working RIGHT ,And I paid $1250 just to get my car back not working. I Only want it a tuneup for my 25-year-old Toyota Corolla. It was funny how when they look under the Hood My hoes had a little split in it so now I need a new one. Altogether my car is still not working right
