This is my first time in Carson Toyota. And my experience was amazing I really appreciate Vicente’s help and for showing my husband and I he really cares about his costumers :)
I was giving a finish time of 12:30pm, when my appointment was at 10 am. At 1pm I saw my car being taken in for service. The service advisor never had the courtesy of informing me of the delay. When I questioned if my car had just been taken in I was given the run around. I had to make an appointment for service, I expect the same respect of my time back. My car was not returned to me until 2 pm an hour and half pass the finish time. The lack of respect for my time is unacceptable.
Extremely satisfied and was well received. Answered all my questions and got the proper information to the questions he was unfamiliar. Great help throughout the process.

I was not satisfied with the service. It felt like I was being rushed and not fully heard with the attendants as soon as I arrived. I would also love to see some customer service improvements
because the representative in charge of my car seemed bothered and made me feel like he can care less while talking to him. After my vehicle was fixed, it would have been nice if he took sometime to go over with me on any suggestions etc.. My overall experience was not great there at Carson Toyota and I would not recommend bringing their vehicle in for service at that location.
