My experience with Jimmy was satisfying. Jimmy was very quick when doing paperwork and asking what was wrong with the vehicle. The estimated time that was expected for my vehicle to be checked was 1 hour and 30 minutes, however it was finished in just an hour. I was very happy about that.

The technician who worked on my car left greasy hand prints all over my headliner. I will have to return to have the detail department clean up the mess. However my service advisor has tried to be helpful but it wasn’t his fault.
