I was received by a nice person It just took all day & shuttle took to long , no loan car so I to take Uber up & back Toyota is to expensive, I could of got my brakes done a lot cheaper somewhere else. Other than that it was ok

Always a pleasure working with Mr. Perez he is easy going and on top of his job. I have had some frustrating experiences at this service center before and that is why I always prefer to go with mr. Perez

Satisified with repair. I just wish my service rep was more attentive to my questions. I would ask how much longer or what the status of my vehicle was and would fet no or delayed response. It was frustrating to be waiting 3 hours when I was initially told it would take an hour and a half.
