Vehicle kept telling dealerships that my 4 runner had a battery problem due to having to have it jumped. When I had it serviced they ranged a test found no problem. Had it jumped several times since,both AAA and mecuary road service said I had low cell. So today after a hour and half you decided maybe a battery. I have a son who is very sick ,so this a great inconvenience, asked for a cost on extended warranty subposto be prepared when I made arrangements on Saturday guess what no quote. Love the personal touch,right.

I liked that Mr. Gonzalez reviewed prior service completed. I got the impression that his concern would be that only needed/necessary work would be performed. That was the case on this service appointment. The SARS-Covid19 virus protocols have restricted my driving. As a result, my prior scheduled service was well under Toyota’s mileage scheduling (as well as this one). It’s comforting to know that advisors such as Mr. Gonzalez are truly concerned w/ both vehicle maintenance/operation & customer satisfaction.
Ronald was very professional and upfront.did answered my question regarding the service to be done.I’m one very satisfied customer.
