I let my husband be honest with you the Owner or the Founder or the CEO. The Truck costs or is $18.000.00 something, I put down$3.000.00 finance interests or rate 13%. I thought you're trusted worthy Company or dealership cars. Because I don't have to prove it to you that your auto services Department or your mechanics people are criminals liars and dishonest servants. My wife and I gave you respect and dignity. I thought you realizes $369.00 payment a month is not a easy or small payment for a used truck, why your mechanics tried so hard to damage my truck??? For I will like to face to face your mechanics in front of you if they say they've done nothing wrong! THERE'S NOTHING GOOD COMES FROM EVIL,BUT WE CAN SURE USE EVIL FOR GOOD!!!

I asked Mr. Bryan Cruz to include car wash for my car , he said ther’s no car wash . I was called and they said my car is ready to pick up , I asked the dispatcher if they can wash my car and he said “YES”, And they washed my car . Mr. Bryan Cruz is not helping the customer , he lied to me. WHY he lied to me . He’s not a good service advisor , my first time experience that kind of service . I hope you should talk Mr. Bryan Cruz regarding this. It’s not good for the company . Thank you
