Didn’t even change my oil and you don’t even balance tires.if I had to pay each appointment you would have charged me. What’s the use of prepaid maintenance if no service done.

Zeke was such a pleasure to speak with. He actively listened to my concerns and answered all my questions in regards to my vehicles Maintenance. I appreciated the personal follow up after the services were completed on my car. He helped explain to me the recommended further Maintenance. I have only brought my vehicle to Carson Toyota for over 5 years and I can say he has given my the best customer service experience.

I had a 1030 appointment and I didn’t get out of there till 215. I had to go find my service advisor Bryan Cruz to find out why it was taking so long for a oil change. So I was not happy.

Adriana help was excellent, the problem was with the rental car it took to long to get a ride and one hour minimum at the enterprise office in chevrolet dealer, i didn't use it. The technician left his paper mask in my vehicle and also the cover for the wheel was left in the floor of my car. Thanks
