My vehicle wasn't ready when I arrived at the max latest time they gave me. They couldn't locate my keys to bring up my vehicle for a while because they were misplaced. They didn't have my vehicle inspection/recall fixed pink slip , I had to ask for one when they knew I needed one for the DMV the whole solely reason why I even took my vehicle there. There was definitely a lot of miscommunication among the staff and the costumers are paying for it. ThI really hope this iNformation helps

Jonathan A Perez was patient, and knowledgeable-I felt I was receiving the best service with him. The following comment has nothing to do with Jonathan but instead with the "chat" function on the website. While convenient, this function was inaccurate and instead created delays in making an appointment. After multiple failed attempts to make an appointment through the chat service, I decided to call. Only then was someone able to make an appointment for me. Please address this issue.
