This was my very first oil change on my 2021 Toyota Camry hybrid. I took it there because I want to stay current and up-to-date and maintaining my vehicle. Receiving a complementary oil change was certainly unexpected but very pleasing to see how well Carson Toyota is caring for the customers. The service staff was great and very professional.

Service Advisor very informative, very, very nice. Problem is car promised at 1:00 I understand give or take a few mintues but 2:30 I was very late for work. Once I got my car it was the ONLY car not wash. This was my first time ever having a problem with Carson Toyota..
