I received a text message stating that it was time for my car to be serviced. When I checked in with Bryan, he immediately recommended a transmission service. After the car was actually checked it was recommended that my rear brakes be serviced. I would have appreciated Bryan receiving information from the actual mechanics prior to recommending services from the service booth.
Spacious waiting area. I was able to set up for work (I start my day at 7am) with no problem. I didn’t have to wait long.

Very satisfied with my local Toyota dealership in Carson and all the staff there from shuttle driver, cashier, service reps especially Zeke. He was so pleasant and accommodating and thorough knowledge of my service need to perfect satisfaction. And befoe I drove away he walked over to point the new part & me to tryout repairs operation. Great.

It took 3 hours.for oil filter change no one told me about the delay in the back. I had to change my plans due to this extreme delay. No oil change should take this long btw I had a appointment no difference.
Got there at 7:38am with an appointment and the car wasn’t done until 5:00pm. I probably won’t be taking my car back unless I really have to and I’m not going to recommend my friends or family to get their car fixed here.
I’ve been a customer of Carson Toyota for many years and I’m satisfied, but the only thing I don’t like is that when I take my vehicle for service you guys don’t have the car wash no more
More than 3 hrs for oil change
The wait was more than two hours just for change of one tire
The wait time is too long for a oil change and no transportation service available.
Sales people are too pushy but the service department is class A
