Because of Mr Ronald my trust to toyota carson renue again because of the good attitude and professionalism he bring to me. He understand and help to customer to the righteous information, highly recommended person..A+ compared to my last visit I really feel bad to the service i got , im driving my truck without brake fluid just replaced the brake pad and tuneup and i bring back to another toyota service nearby in Palmdale and i also bringing out to manager at toyota Carson service related to my complaint and i got free car wash for consideration. :( Again thank you to Mr.Ronald Steve Gonzales

Bryan keep me informed about the status of my car. He asked me if I would like to do a ride alone for them to figure out what the car was exactly doing. I really appreciated that. It showed me they were really working in my behalf to solve my problem.
