Hi. I left a review. I was new here, the process was not explained. It seems that my car was ready for almost and hour. When I asked the cashier what the text was, since it was just a welcome text at 10 am she said it meant they were just getting started on my car. Please place some instructions for new customers. Someone was suppose to make a follow appointment to review my brakes and no follow-up. The man that gave me the car did not tell me what was done. It was just a poor situation, please improve your communication.

Good job except took 4 hours that’s too much time for oil change
He ripped me off. Have a coupon showed to him. But i end up payong almost same as a regular price. Also he is not good in a customer service. Need more training for customer service. Hopefully management will take action of this matter
On my drive back home from picking up my vehicle I lost two right side hubcaps due to them not being properly piped backed it after your technician rotated the tires. I look forward to hearing from Carson Toyota and how my hubcaps will be replaced.
Jeramie L Jones should have used better words to describe why the price is what it is. Also he should notate his tone when speaking. I gave a good review because I believe he did the best that he could.. Thank you for your service and asking about my experience.
I thought I was getting good service until this last service. Gerry Perez was more than awesome. I loved the way he greeted me till I left.
Shuttle service was very unsatisfactory. After waiting for over an hour for a ride home the attendant said they had forgotten about me and was sorry.
As always, we have always received a great customer service from Bryan Cruz and the service department staff at Carson Toyota. Thank you Bryan for taking care of our 2019 Rav4 Adventure service needs & for always making is feel as a family member rather than just a number, courteous, polite and welcoming.
