I WAS GIVEN A WAIT TIME OF 1HR-1HR30MIN AND ENDED UP WAITING THREE HOURS. YES I UNDERSTAND THERE ARE MORE CARS AND MORE PEOPLE BUT YET THIS WAS WITH AN APPOINTMENT. NOT ONLY THAT, THERE WERE NOT ENOUGH SEATING INSIDE SO I WAS OUT IN THE SUN FOR ABOUT 2HRS WITH NOW A SUNBURN. NOT ONLY THAT, WHEN I GO ASK THE LADY IF SHE CAN GET A STATUS ON MY VEHICLE SHE RUDELY TELLS ME THAT I HAVE TO FIND MY ADVISOR FOR ANY INFORMATION. AFTER THAT I GO LOOK FOR HIM AND COULD NOT FIND HIM BECAUSE HE WAS ON LUNCH TO ONLY FIND OUT MY VEHICLE HAD ALREADY BEEN FINISHED BUT WAS NOT NOTIFIED BECAUSE MY ADVISOR WAS ON LUNCH AND DIDNT TAKE MY PAPERWORK TO THE RUDE LADY.

Ronald was great. Technically savvy Intelligent Customer focused Mechanically inclined Ronaldo explained what was wrong with my vehicle and a non-technical and technical level. He was patient and answered all of my questions to put me at ease. I’m glad he and the technician working on my car were able to (hopefully) solve the issue with my vehicle. I’ll come back just for Ronald again. Thanks again!

Too much waiting, 4hours just for change oil and car rotation even if you have an appointment.. This is my third time and today they didnt even bother to clean the car like usual... when u arrived, they will just get your name and number and thats it, go to the waiting area.. nit the usual visit i am used to be.

My fault. I should have made my appt. for earlier. Ten mins late to check in , which then took 20 minutes!!! 1st service on a leased Prius should not take 1 hour 45. My bad....? 3 rd time on a lease so not my first rodeo....plus people w/ out a mask. Enforce the rules! Not that hard to do. I work retail I give a mask to those who aren’t wearing one.

The dealership called us and asked that we make an appointment for a recall repair. However, several hours after we brought the car in for the repair, the service technician called and said he did not have the part, so the car had to be held overnight. We had to come to the dealership to get our child’s carseat. The technician should have made sure he had the part before scheduling our appointment. When we Brought the car home, we discovered the door lock switch was inoperable on the same door that was repaired for the recall. So now we have to bring it back. That is three days in a row we have had to travel back and forth because of the technician’s and mechanic’s failure to check their work.
