The service was TERRIBLEE. First of all my careas supposed to be done at 12 which with maintenance i understand why it took longer they told us there was a problem they found so until 3/4 okay that was fine mind you get toyota around 9/10. While waiting we were offered a shuttle ride home but we were not goin to be able to be picked up okay we understood we would figure it out. The problem is the lady said a 30 minute wait okay we waited the time came and we still waited and extra 20 minutes and no shuttle we asked ho much longer they said another 30 minutes that when i got more frustrated. We left to get food 10 minutes away t and while we were gone they called us finally but we werent there ok we signed up for another it was supposed to be a 45/1hr wait i waited and NOTHING AGAIN!! By 4 we were being told therenwas no point in getting a shuttle but it was going to tke another 30 **** minutes to get our car we were furious. We made no chaos or show but that is terrible service and also the women were just gossiping the ENTIRE TIME UGHH!! TERRIBLE SERVICEEE
They provide bad service, they are discriminatory, I expected better attention and that they will help me in the best way but they leave much to be desired

Me tardaron mucho mi cita era alas 9:00 y me entregaron mi troca hasta las 12:00 y el me dijo q una hora y media y yo tenía q recoger a mi niña de la escuela x eso la saqué temprano y le fui a preguntar y no me dijo nada hasta después de un rato q yo fui a preguntarle otra vez fue cuando me dijo no quede satisfecha x la tardanza
Felt bullied into whatever advisor wanted. Wasn’t being helpful and just rude. Also what’s the point of quick pay online when I still have to wait in line at the cashier. Please do not call for follow up. Thanks.
